Submission for the 2013 Text Prize for Young Adult and Children's Writing opens on 4th March 2013 and closes on 29th March, 2013.
Do you have a novel you would like to receive a $10,000 contract with Text Publishing for? This competition is open to all Australian and New Zealand writers, both published and unpublished, of all ages.

DeleteNaturally, we all want you to win. $10,000 and published book is a dream comes true. I looked at their last five winners and most of them have interesting storyline. THE BRIDGE seems exciting. And last year ZAC & MIA is a difficult topic to write about. I can't write about a sad story of teens having cancer. The good news is that you have five months, which is a lot of time if you decide to submit your current novel. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI have heard of This Is Shyness before and it's on my to-read list. That won a few years back. I have two current ideas for what I can submit, and what's more exciting is that multiple entries are permitted. If Katherine doesn't go anywhere in the Novella competition, I can re-add all the scenes I took out to cut the word-count to under 20,000 and give it a second go. So that's one basically already written. Thanks for the support!
